who is behind it?
I'm Will, and WBJ Solutions is a one-person agency in Godalming. You speak to the person doing the work, every time.
I have lived here all my life, give or take two years in Kent, so most of this work still arrives by word of mouth.
A lot of agencies stop at the website. I look after what it runs on too: the same person who builds your intranet also administers the Microsoft 365 tenant it signs in against, and knows the network it sits on. Nothing gets lost between suppliers.
For fully managed IT services, I work with MFC IT Services, where I also work myself, so clients get a proper helpdesk behind them and not just my mobile number.
