WBJ Solutions Limited (company number 12687797, registered office 1 Greensand Place, Godalming, Surrey GU7 3FH) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB860686.
What we collect
- Enquiry details: the name, company, email, telephone number and message you submit through the contact form.
- Technical data: the page you asked for, the site that linked you here, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. No cookie is involved and your IP address is not stored: it is combined with a secret that is discarded every night to produce a one-way code, which is how the same visitor can be counted once a day without being identified or followed from one day to the next.
- Security data: the Cloudflare Turnstile challenge result, used only to distinguish people from automated submissions.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors, each bound by a data processing agreement: Brevo for transactional email, Cloudflare for spam protection and content delivery, and our UK hosting provider. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure, where we have no continuing need to keep it
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing
- Request your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis
