Global Tax Network

Website rebuild for a global tax practice

Seventy-four pages moved off a flat-file CMS and rebuilt on WordPress, for the UK firm of a worldwide global mobility tax affiliation. Hosted, maintained and supported since.

the brief

Global Tax Network is the UK participating firm of the Mobile Workforce Collaborative, a worldwide affiliation of firms specialising in global mobility tax consulting for employers. They also look after individual clients with UK, US, Dubai and Canadian tax planning and compliance.

The previous site ran on a flat-file CMS. The rebuild had to carry the whole of it across, seventy-four pages, onto something the firm could edit and add to itself.

what was built

  • A WordPress build on Elementor, with every page of the old site carried over.
  • Two routes through the services, one for individuals and one for employers, which is how the practice itself is split.
  • Gravity Forms behind the enquiry and contact routes.
  • Hosting, maintenance and support, ongoing.

outcome

Seventy-four pages that used to need a developer are the firm's own to edit, and the site is looked after on an ongoing basis.
